Orders will be shipped no later then 42hours after payment has been confirmed

Please note that once orders are shipped, we are unable to change your shipping address

In the unlikely event of a shipping delay, we will notify you promptly via email

For orders under $120, a flat rate of $10 for postage applies, $20 for international.

Orders processed on Weekends/Public holidays will generally be sent the following business day

Maple endeavours to ensure all garments sent to our lovely customers are in perfect condition- please note however, due to the organic nature of our garments, the fabric is prone to more inconsistencies then conventional fabrics. We consider these apart of our 'style.' 


If you deem a garment un wearable and too flawed however, we will refund within 7 days of purchasing given the following is satisfied;

- All tags/ receipts intact

- In original packaging

- Items must not have been worn, damaged or washed

- Potage for you return must be paid by the customer

Alongside your return, please include;

- Explanation of return

- Contact details (mobile, email)

- Express post bag for the postage of your new garment

We endeavour to send a replacement garment within 42 hours of your return and apologise for any inconveniences within your product.

Please note our fabrics are naturally woven and dyed not conventional- therefore we consider inconsistencies within the colour/texture of our fabrics to be apart of our organic 'style,' not flaws. Each garment is designed to fade slightly after the first wash. To ensure colour fastness, please comply with the care tag instructions attached to your garment.
